TBCC was started out of frustration with the background check process. Our owner and leadership team wanted to create a better experience for companies of all sizes–a partnership that will add value to a company and not just another vendor / business relationship.

At TBCC our weekly meeting focus on the client experience, our turnaround time on reports, our response rate to clients, and what we can improve on to drive greater value. We work to improve on areas of weakness because we believe it’s the best way to show our clients we truly care about their experience and business.
